Good to know
What it is best for
Take it when the result leaves the chat: a cover, a print, a banner someone will look at closely. The 2K frame leaves room to crop afterwards, and fine things like fabric, hair and small lettering survive a rework instead of smearing. Nano Banana 2 does the same kind of job for less, so save this one for the frame you actually intend to use, not the ten you are still choosing between.
Describe the shot the way a photographer would: lens, distance, light source, mood, then the subject. On an edit, say what stays as clearly as what changes, because there is no match input image option here and you choose the aspect ratio yourself. Pick that ratio before you generate, not after. PNG keeps lettering and flat colour clean, webp if you want a small file.
Process
Three steps to a finished image
- Open the bot@StarGenAI_Bot, and the Mini App from there. Nothing to download.
- Describe a shot or send a photoYour own prompt, or a ready preset in one tap. A photo gets reworked rather than redrawn.
- Take the image back to the chatIt lands in the same chat you started from, and it turns into a sticker pack.
FAQ
Questions about Nano Banana Pro
Is Nano Banana Pro free in Telegram?
You get 12 Stars every week with no card attached, and Nano Banana Pro starts at 20 Stars a run, which is more than the weekly allowance, so the first run needs a top-up: the allowance covers the cheaper models on the same shelf. Unused Stars do not roll over: a new week replaces what is left instead of adding to it.
How much does Nano Banana Pro cost?
Nano Banana Pro starts at 20 Stars a run, and every version above carries its own price. The exact amount for the options you pick sits on the generate button before you start, and that is what is charged: one credit is one Telegram Star.
What does Nano Banana Pro accept?
Nano Banana Pro takes a text prompt or a photo. Send it straight from the chat: the file is already in Telegram, so there is nothing to upload.
Which version of Nano Banana Pro should I pick?
Nano Banana Pro ships as one version, so there is nothing to choose. Set the options you want and the exact price appears on the generate button before you confirm.
More models
Other models for images
Nano Banana 2
Google's flagship image model. It draws from a description and reworks whatever you send it, and text inside the frame comes out readable, which most models still cannot manage.
from 9 Stars
GPT Image 2
OpenAI's image model reads a long prompt closely and keeps things where you asked for them. Good when the frame needs legible text or a scene built exactly to description.
from 2 Stars
FLUX.1 Schnell
The quick draft model: you type a prompt and it draws it. Take it when you want to run through a dozen ideas rather than polish one.
from 1 Star
Seedream 5 Pro
ByteDance's photo editing: it swaps clothes, backgrounds and style without redrawing the person. It will not start without a photo, text alone is not enough.
from 10 Stars
Pruna P-Image
The fastest image here and one of the cheapest. Take it when you want to run through a dozen ideas rather than polish one.

Nano Banana 2 Lite
Google's editor: attach a photo, say what to change in plain words, and the face and the light survive it. Leave the photo out and it just generates from the prompt.
from 5 Stars
Seedream 5 Lite
The junior Seedream: the same grasp of a complicated scene as the Pro, at a fraction of the price. Strong on keeping a frame internally consistent.

Grok Imagine Image
xAI's image model in three quality rungs. The bottom one costs almost nothing; the top one reaches for the flagships.
