For a square picture from the newest FLUX line: an avatar, a post for a feed, a product on a plain ground, or one change to a photo you already have. The split is clean, text in one variant and a photo in the other, with nothing else to set. FLUX.3 Klein is cheaper, takes several reference photos and lets you choose the frame; FLUX.2 has three rungs and webp output.
Plan for the square: put the subject in the middle and leave room around it, since the frame cannot change. On the photo variant the photo is scaled down to about one megapixel first, so crop close to what you want changed. Write the edit as one change plus what stays: make the sky overcast, keep the building. PNG for graphics, jpeg for photos.
