Good to know
What it is best for
Made for volume and turnaround: twenty variants of one line while you settle on the wording, a voice note answering something in a chat, a caption spoken over a clip. Waiting is the cost you are avoiding here. Once the wording is settled and the audio ships, put the same text through ElevenLabs v3 once, and take MiniMax Speech 2.8 HD if it has grown into a long read. On short lines the gap is hard to hear anyway.
Keep each send to a sentence or two, well inside the 450-character run, and let every line be its own take rather than a slice of a paragraph. Punctuation sets the rhythm, so end a question with a question mark and save exclamation for where you mean it. Numbers and abbreviations in words. For longer text, switch rows.
